Instructions to Speakers

Program
In advance of the workshop we will load the talks on a laptop computer for projection during the meeting. Please email a pdf file of your talk to CAThompson@lbl.gov by September 20, at the latest. Talks will be posted on the workshop website after the meeting ends.

Registration
Even though we know you are coming, please go here and register so that site access will be taken care of and the numbers will be correct for food service.

Travel
We have posted information about hotels in the area. Go here for information about making a reservation. Bus service will be provided to and from some of the hotels.

Visas
If you are not a US citizen or resident and are not already in the US, please see this page for passport requirements. If you need to apply for a B1 visa, we can provide a letter to support your application. Please contact CAThompson@lbl.gov.
