Registration Fee $150 (before Sept. 15)
After Sept. 15 registration fee will be $200
Registration fee covers:
- Welcome reception Thursday evening
- Banquet Friday evening
- Box lunch Saturday
Limited accomodation/travel support can be offered
to a limited number of invited speakers. Please, contact
